In the heart of the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and on the edge of the Peak District, Breach Farm stands in fourteen acres and has wonderful views of the surrounding Derbyshire countryside.
It is an ideal location for exploring the area’s many attractions, and although we are no longer a working farm, sheep graze the fields and our free-range hens take the right to roam very seriously.
We live in the main farmhouse, and are there if needed, but try to keep a low profile and not intrude on your holiday.
Everything will be clean, warm and welcoming for your arrival and we hope that your stay at Breach Farm will be as enjoyable as possible.

Crabtree and Damson Cottages, have been sympathetically converted from a traditional stone byre. The cottages are central heated, double glazed and are comfortably furnished with a mix of antiques and old pine, and each have their own contained garden, with patio furniture and barbecue.
Bed and Breakfast is available in the guest wing of the farmhouse; both en-suite bedrooms have wonderful views overlooking Carsington Water

 There is an wide range of activities in the area, from the thrills of Alton Towers to the splendour of Chatsworth House. Exploring the local cycle trails, fishing or the many water sports on offer at Carsington Water. Walking in the White Peak with its limestone dales, discovering the wide open spaces of the grit-stone moors of the Dark Peak. |
Landscaped gardens set off the attractive stone buildings and both cottages have their own enclosed gardens. Ideal for enjoying lunch or supper on a summer evening, or just relaxing.
